Rather, you know what is and is not working for you, and we will work together to make the changes that you believe are most important.

Therapy can be scary, which can keep many individuals from getting the help that they need. At Libellule the philosophy is one of open acceptance and unconditional positive regard for the client. If therapy is not going as you want, there is an open invitation to discuss it with your therapist so that a new plan can be developed to better meet your needs.
